Hello Robert,   I was about at the end of my tether, jumping from one thing to another when up popped a treatise on the subject of "focus".   Simultaneously,  Puddy popped up and prodded me.   That Friday e-mail from him made an offer I couldn't refuse. So I went to Puddy's party in Harrogate. Maybe the teacher had appeared. Perhaps the pupil was ready. Certainly a bit of both worked the trick.   Whatever - it was the best 'nearly freebie I ever came across.   Thanks Robert.   That morning immediately changed my thinking; I sure as hell won't go back to where I was before. 4 hours of face to face instruction can cut through 4 years of trying to get it. I do know that if I tried to explain it in an email or in a video, the personal examples I can give in a workshop like this would be lost.

Online and delivered digitally can only give the big picture and generalisation, live and face to face I can give a personalised example of how it relates to people in the room.
